Our room was spacious and clean, with great amenities such as a washing machine and kitchenette. The rooftop pool was a great place to relax after a day of exploring the city. Even though there were some small issues with the room, the staff were quick to respond and resolve them. we had a great stay at Savoy.

The hotel had a convenient location, with easy access to public transportation and nearby restaurants and hotels. The staff at the reception and housekeeping were cooperative and helpful. The room had a kitchenette and balcony, which added to the comfort and relaxation of the stay.
Limited complimentary shuttle bus service to various locations, including the airport, would have been preferred. Additional shuttle services and airport pick up/drop off options would have been convenient.

Excellent safety measures with proper sanitization. Convenient location near public transport and local markets. Spacious apartments with great facilities including USB charging options. Friendly staff and swift check-in/check-out process. Delicious breakfast with daily menu variations.

We had an amazing stay in a clean and well-maintained apartment. Thanks to the friendly and attentive staff, we felt at home from the start. Although not directly connected to the city center, the hotel assisted us in finding the best tour activities for days we didn't have anything planned. The gym, sauna, and steam room were great additions, as well as the big swimming pool available on Level 14.

The hotel's location was perfect for us as it was close to the commercial center and transportation, particularly the metro. The hotel facilities weresuper clean and cozy, especially the gym and pool. We enjoyed the breakfast and staff's really good service.

I had a wonderful experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect: situated in a quiet residential area between two tube stations, I was able to easily reach all the major areas in the city, making taxi fares relatively cheap too. The service was outstanding, with friendly and hardworking staff that couldn't do enough for me. From the receptionist that had my reservation printed out prior to my arrival, to the bell boys that helped me with my luggage, everybody was always smiling and sincere. The room was equipped with everything I needed, from a flat-screen TV to a kitchenette with all the necessary cookware and utensils. The rooftop pool and jacuzzi were amazing, providing the perfect spot to relax and take in the beautiful views of the city. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay in the city.
I would definitely recommend this hotel to families.
